Eway Customised Integration with NetSuite
Customised NetSuite Integration enables us to empower our clients to work smarter. One such recent project was to develop a customised solution that enabled our customer to securely meet THEIR clients’ payment needs and membership requirements.
As one of five Regional Internet Registries (RIRs) our client is charged with ensuring the fair distribution and responsible management of IP addresses and related resources. These resources are required for the stable and reliable operation of the global Internet. A part of this service is maintaining the public Whois Database and managing reverse DNS zone delegations.
The NetSuite Problem
Our client is a membership-based organisation with over 5000 Members throughout the Asia Pacific region. As a not for profit organisation servicing a number of regions, they needed to allow their members to renew their membership via a variety of payment option methods, between Paypal and Credit Card. The catch was they still needed to maintain their accounting functionality in terms of Revenue recognition in NetSuite.
Our Integration Solution
There have been a number of exciting developments between Eway and Netsuite, so that is where we started. Our solution involved building a custom Secure NetSuite hosted payment page that integrated directly with Eway. This solution not only provides the security necessary for payments online but also provided a simple experience for their members from within their own “My Account’ section of their website.
As we develop with the end in mind and to ensure our customer could “work smarter” as an added bonus – we developed an additional Eway reconciliation product with simply need a NetSuite integration. This product automatically reconciles each Eway transaction in NetSuite freeing up user management time while allowing for a very simple Payment Gateway reconciliation.
The End Result
Our client can now focus on doing what they do best without wasting unnecessary man hours downloading and reconciling membership payments or being concerned about the security of their membership payment processes online. This NetSuite integration also allows NetSuite to do what it does best, manage their business while the Eway integration allows us to make this all seamless to the company finance team.
