Making the Most of Automatic Billing with NetSuite

Using SuiteScript, we were able to develop NetSuite’s invoicing software into a complete automated billing management process that was easy to use. Within NetSuite’s native billing management software our goal was to automate both billing and transaction emails, reducing billing errors and improving customer satisfaction.

Our Integration Solution

We built a custom NetSuite application that automatically billed customers, and adjusted items for the next period. We then took advantage of NetSuites workflow module to link into our automated email transactions script as an added bonus to ensure correct delivery of each communication.

The End Result

Our client can now focus on doing what they do best without wasting unnecessary man hours billing and reconciling recurring fees or being concerned about the communication of their transaction and payment processes online. Netsuite Automatically bills their clients as well as sending automated transaction emails. Netsuite’s Payment Integration also allows NetSuite to do what it does best, manage their business while they nurture their client relationships.
